We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate - ITIL to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Requirements and Preferences:
2 to 4 Years’ experience in Audio video Support.
Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment, software, and networking.Good troubleshooting skills.
Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must. 
Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English
Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing client requirements.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7.
Travel including overnight domestic may be required.

Role Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in Audio Video setup Related Issues.
Coordinate with vendors for any ongoing Audio Video equipment issues.Knowledge of Town Hall kind of Audio Video setup.
Experienced in Zoom Meetings (Desktop/Laptop/MacBook and Conference Room based)
Perform Meeting room Devices Daily Health check-up. 
Coordinate with GCO team (Global Conferencing team)
Assist Client for connecting VC before the event starts
Connecting the presentation if any from the main venue
Provide support for Townhall kind of events.
