What You'll Do As a Hibachi Tepan Cook, you'll be at the center of the action, delighting guests with your cooking expertise and showmanship. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality teppanyaki dishes on a hibachi grill.
- Engaging and entertaining guests with your culinary skills and techniques.
- Ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Upholding our commitment to quality and authenticity in every dish.
We’re seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for Japanese cuisine. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a hibachi or teppanyaki cook.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to work with precision.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- A dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
