- Employment Category: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
- Compensation Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Benefits: Standard ADC Benefits Package
- Clinical Assistance: Chairside assistance to the dentist during all restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Sterilization & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of infection control by cleaning, sterilizing, and prepping surgical/dental instruments and treatment rooms.
- Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and provide excellent post-operative instructions to ensure a comfortable and compassionate experience.
- Lab & Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and impressions as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our hygienists and front office staff to maintain an optimal patient schedule and positive office vibe.
- Experience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in general and restorative dentistry assisting; experience with implant dentistry is a major plus.
- Certifications: Active dental assisting certifications (X-ray/Radiology certified, CPR) preferred.
- Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
