We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives—one day at a time.

Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings:

  Apple Valley- 15 hours per week, schedule afternoons, would like some during the week and weekends, male or female staff okay.

Burnsville: 10 hours per week; schedule to be determined.

Burnsville: 10 hours per week; flexible schedule; female or male staff.

Eagan: 15 hours per week; schedule is Monday through Thursday after 1pm; male or female staff okay.

Prior Lake: 12 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday 9a-1p; female staff only.  

Savage- 8 hours per week; Monday and Wednesday's afternoons; female staff preferred.

Savage- 8 hours per week; Monday or Tuesday evenings preferred; female staff only.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 245D background study
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current car insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
