Seeking a Lead Superintendent with proven experience delivering large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects, specifically to lead a 330-unit, 4-story garden-style development in Cary, NC from start to finish. Description Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a 300+ unit ground-up multifamily project, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff while maintaining accountability for quality control and adherence to project specifications. Develop and maintain the master construction schedule, proactively identifying and resolving delays, conflicts, and sequencing challenges. Enforce site safety standards, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Oversee inspections, approvals, and project closeout processes, including punch lists, turnover, and coordination with ownership and property management teams.
