Service Manager

Service Manager Location: Madison, AL, 35756 Requisition Number: 227065 Job Description Cintasis seeks a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer-related issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
