Job description:
- Development Lead III
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee teams of developer engineers and provide leadership, vision, and direction for the Value Stream.
- Own development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads and architects.
- Ensure technology solutions are fit for business needs.
- Be responsible for engineering and developing assigned products, services, and solutions.
- Own products/solutions throughout their lifecycle, from creation to decommissioning, including compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Support MBI analysis and ensure team understanding.
- Add Epics to capture technical dependencies and technical debt.
- Ensure technical designs meet business needs and align with the architectural runway.
- Ensure Epics are appropriately sized using suitable estimation methods
