Loans Operations & Client Processing SpecialistResponsible for supporting the processing and servicing of complex loan transactions while delivering high-quality client service and operational support. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of loan-related inquiries and processing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess loan and client account transactions, reconciliations, and record updates with a high degree of accuracy.Analyze loan documentation, credit agreements, and transaction details to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with established procedures.Investigate and resolve operational breaks, account discrepancies, and transaction-related issues.Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal business partners, providing operational support and issue resolution.Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to improve processes and mitigate risk.Perform quality reviews of transactions and support escalated processing activities.Utilize loan servicing and processing platforms to support daily operational activities.Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives while maintaining strong controls and regulatory compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3-7+ years of experience in loan operations, client processing, transaction processing, or financial services operations.Understanding of loans, credit facilities, securities, and related financial products.Experience reviewing loan documentation and credit agreements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with loan processing systems such as Loan IQ, ClearPar, or similar platforms preferred.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
