Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Immediate Hire

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in developing experience in customer service, client support, communication, and business operations .

Training is provided, and employees who demonstrate strong performance may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Represent our clients and their products or services in a professional manner
• Answer customer questions regarding client programs, products, and services
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Assist with customer inquiries and basic service concerns
• Maintain positive relationships with customers
• Communicate customer feedback and questions to management
• Follow established company and client procedures
• Complete assigned customer service and administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily responsibilities
