RETAIL SALES LEAD

Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage all phases of Retail Store Operations (POS system, customer service, merchandising, restocking the sales floor).
• 
  Maintain store staff by orienting, and training employees.
• 
  Promotes optimum team performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  
• Responsible for opening and closing the retail store.
• 
  Ensure that company standards and expectations are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  Merchandising background & knowledge
• 
  Strong leadership and decisions making skills
• 
  Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different customers
• 
  Natural talent for motivating and developing teams

Requirements:

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• 
  Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
• 
  Flexible work hours that meet the needs of the business

Work hours/Salary/Benefits:

• 
  Pay Range: Starting $14-16/hour (DOE); possibility of a monthly bonus based on monthly sales
•

  Shifts vary from week to week; must be available to open/close (open availability)
