Senior Analytics Engineer

To support a dynamic team focused on improving health outcomes, the remote Senior Analytics Engineer will design, build, and manage end-to-end data solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, and analytics reporting, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities Own the development and maintenance of analytics-ready data platforms, ensuring data quality and standardization using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker Lead cross-functional collaborations to understand analytical needs and architect data models and pipelines that support strategic business objectives Mentor junior team members and promote data governance practices to enhance data quality and documentation standards Required qualifications 5+ years in a data visualization or data engineering role Proficiency in Looker and LookML, with experience in other BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake for building and maintaining analytics models Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative project delivery practices
