Salary: $31/hour - $38/hour based on years of experience

Schedule: 3 shifts per week of 7:00PM-7:30AM. Self-scheduling rotation!

What You'll Do

As an LPN at RCA, you will:

• Assess patient health by evaluating their physiological and behavioral health, monitoring vital signs, behavioral changes, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure appropriate treatment/discharge plan.
• Educate patients and families about addiction recovery and self-care practices.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment that supports recovery and well-being and respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.
• Complete documentation and follow procedures outlined in organizational policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

* An active LPN license in [state]* A current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).* One year of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services is preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred.* Strong critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high-quality patient care.* Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and DSM Criteria preferred. * Competency in performing CLIA waived testing.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
