Promising "All the Sports, All the Time", Tom's Watch Bar's highly curated sports programming covers all sports, from collegiate to professional to international, big events and prize fights, even emerging obscure, and outrageous sports. Tom's Watch Bar's central oversized "stadium" screen, surrounded by hundreds of screens provides 360-degree viewing, making every seat at Tom's the best seat in the house. Tom's Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept.

The ideal server would be able to anticipate guest needs and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep your guest experience at the forefront. Logic, drive and a genuine love for people are necessities.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials.
• Prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks.
• Always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality.
• Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Support all Tom's team members.
• Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.
• Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed.
• Must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality.
• Superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills.
• Food and beverage knowledge preferred.
• The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to serve alcohol.

Physical Demands:

• The ability to stand for periods of time.
• Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up 35 lbs. required.
