Bowl Attendant

Job Description: At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant’s set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and engage guests, promoting activities based on their needs. Troubleshoot lane malfunction calls. Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization. Escort guests to their lane, assist with lane set up and ball selection. Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes; complete side duties. Position Requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required. Guest focused mindset. Teamwork is a must. Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.
