Procurement Specialist

Role: Procurement Specialist Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay Rate: $35/hr to $49/hr. Job Description Responsibilities Manage demand forecasts and procurement of equipment and materials. Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues. Coordinate material deliveries, receiving, and purchase order closure. Track project schedules, payment milestones, and supplier commitments. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely project execution. Support invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, and budget compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of procurement, supply chain, or commodity management experience. Experience with electrical equipment or industrial components preferred. Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and technical specifications. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
