Technology Lifecycle Management | TLM Direct

Base pay range: $25-$33

Reimbursable expenses: None. No Mileage, housing, per-diem, or relocation coverage

Shift & Work Hours:

Night Shift: 7PM-7AM

11 days on / 3 days off, every

Mission

The TLM Production Planner is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The TLM Production Planner improves the reliability of Division equipment assets and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD).

Responsibilities
Plan maintenance activities for a designated location.
Plan and confirm priorities with the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM)Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Asset Coordinator.
Manage the equipment receiving process, which includes identifying equipment thatarrives on the yard and assessing the equipment according to maintenancerequirements.
Create Shop Failures or Deficiency Reports for deficiencies found upon equipmentarrival.
Open repair work orders and enter information to document equipment scheduled forservice.
Organize equipment in the appropriate queues depending on priorities and needs, suchas washing, test pit and bays.
Coordinate with Stores on assigning and delivering materials and supplies toworkstations, ensuring work is completed according to maintenance and repair priorities.
Supervise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Clerks where suchpersonnel are employed.
Supervise the Yard Crew regarding washing and driving, where such personnel areemployed.
Assist the TLM Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with asset countingand equipment list management functions.
Contribute to the Health, Safety and Environment, continuous improvement and LEAN programs.
