Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Dialysis to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatments for acute patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patients during dialysis sessions for adverse reactions and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Idaho.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute dialysis care experience.
• Capable of working flexible shifts, including every other weekend.
• Proficient in using dialysis machines and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Required to wear Navy or Caribbean Blue scrubs.
