BDC Customer Care Specialist

The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully educate customers on our product and feature offerings. This position responds to customer information requests and answers incoming sales calls—all in an effort to set an appointment for an in-store visit or to secure a vehicle before their visit. Compensation: $38,000-$72,000 per year. You will be utilizing calls, texts, and emails, so grammar and comfort on the phone are important. Benefits 401(k) plan Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts Responsibilities Interact with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for new/used car sales presentations Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and notes are made in the CRM Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager Act as a member of the BDC team, including cross-training for internet leads and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC Attend sales meetings Maintain a professional appearance Qualifications Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Serpentini Auto Group has proudly served the Greater Cleveland region for over 40 years with 6 locations.
