We are known for technical excellence, hands-on craftsmanship, and a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.What you’ll doSupport day-to-day production by troubleshooting technical issues related to RF and microwave hardwareInvestigate hardware failures and out-of-spec conditions to identify root cause and corrective actionsCreate, review, and maintain manufacturing and test documentationProvide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnelParticipate in design reviews, MRB meetings, audits, and continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with supply chain and quality teams to resolve material or process issuesDevelop manufacturing improvements using structured problem-solving and lean principlesRecommend new processes, methods, or equipment to enhance quality and efficiencyCommunicate technical information clearly across the organizationWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsB.S.
