Production Operator

Production Operator
This is hands-on manufacturing work in a food-grade production facility. You will:
- Load and set up production machinery
- Adjust and operate equipment
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards
- Follow batch records and Standard Operating Procedures
- Use calibrated lab equipment
- Drive a forklift to move materials
- Load/unload materials and finished product
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Follow strict safety and GMP standards
Allergen Exposure - Our manufacturing facility exposes employees to various allergens and chemicals integral to our ingredient production process. Potential sensitivities include casein, wheat, soy, papain, whey, rice, pea, cotton, gelatin, and malt, as well as various chemical aromas and fumes.
Knowledge and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Repetitive motion, grasping, reaching, and standing
- Comfortable working around food ingredients and production materials
