We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you will assist in assessments, facilitate one-on-one therapies and social interactions, and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. If you are already a registered behavior technician (RBT) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Assist in intakes and assessments
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- High School Diploma
- Current RBT credential (or able to obtain quickly)
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
