Location: Michigan City, IN Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Hourly
At Graff Chevrolet GMC, we take pride in delivering top-quality vehicle detailing and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about cars and committed to ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop spotless, shiny, and looking brand new.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and reliable Automotive Detailer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors by hand or with tools
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors (carpets, upholstery, dashboards, vents, etc.)
- Apply protective coatings, dressings, and sealants
- Perform paint correction, buffing, and light restoration as needed
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and handle detailing chemicals properly
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
