About the Role

The Company is in search of a Freelance VP, Analytics to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic client leadership as the executive data and analytics consultant for major pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. This role involves designing and overseeing comprehensive measurement strategies, ensuring data governance in compliance with industry regulations, and partnering with agency leadership to build integrated, data-driven campaign optimization programs. The VP, Analytics will also be involved in the delivery of advanced analytics products, mentoring internal data teams, and supporting new business opportunities with a focus on technical mar-tech and media analytics capabilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital analytics, mar-tech, or business intelligence, with a proven track record at a VP or Executive Director level. A mandatory requirement is a background in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency, with direct experience in navigating the regulatory boundaries of HCP and DTC digital media data streams. The role demands technical fluency in enterprise analytics platforms and data tools, as well as exceptional consultative skills for presenting complex data in a compelling manner. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset, and able to quickly establish trust in a freelance capacity.
