Mileage, phone, and therapeutic supplies reimbursement.Your Role as a BCBA at Compass: As a Compass BCBA, you will: Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity. Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results. Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
