Your genuine desire to make people feel at home makes you a natural at solving problems for our customers.As a Sales & Marketing Associate, (ready to begin working during summer 2026) your primary responsibilities include:* Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood* Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases* Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar* Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media* Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the weekWhat You Bring To Us* A customer-focused mentality* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal* Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.* A sharp professional appearance* Sales aptitude* Competent with various software, apps and computer programs* A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicableThis Position Is Eligible For Additional Bonus Opportunities.Salary Range$48,000—$52,000 USDWhen you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
