Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily operations in a high‑volume production environment. This role is responsible for guiding a large production team, driving operational performance, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the floor. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, sound decision‑making, and the ability to use data to support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- This position leads production activities, aligns staffing with operational needs, and ensures manufacturing targets are met consistently.
- The role works closely with internal partners such as Quality, Maintenance, and other support functions to maintain smooth operations and quickly address issues as they arise.
- Clear communication, accountability, and a strong safety mindset are essential.
- The Manufacturing Manager will review performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Responsibilities also include leading daily team discussions, supporting employee development, managing training needs, and providing ongoing performance feedback.
- A hands‑on approach and focus on engagement are key to success.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment, tools, and production processes, along with knowledge of materials, quality systems, and cost drivers.
- Experience in regulated or high‑precision manufacturing environments

Work Environment
The facility is climate-controlled and equipped with a variety of machinery. The work hours are Monday through Friday offering a stable first-shift schedule.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
