Clinical Education Resource Nurse RN

Role Overview Onsite nurse educator supporting clinical nurses during orientation and transition to competent practice. Key Responsibilities Provides education and clinical support through rounds and mentoring to ensure safe patient care and smooth onboarding. Collaborates with educators and preceptors to assess learning needs and delivers competency-based training on policies, regulations, and clinical technologies. Participates in new staff orientation and evaluates clinical performance in partnership with leadership. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s in Nursing and RN licensure. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; charge nurse experience preferred. Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
