Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical

Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg Full‑Time | 0.9 FTE | 12‑hour shifts | Nights $7,500 Sign‑on Bonus Available (based on meeting eligibility requirements). As a Registered Nurse (RN) at UP Health System Bell, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care to patients during night shifts. Your experience matters; we expect compassion, dedication, and strong clinical skills. How You Will Contribute Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care provided. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation). Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support. Assess learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate for age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient. What We Are Looking For Applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
