Mission

Boutique Physio’s sole purpose is to provide skilled manual-based therapy and neuromuscular movement retraining to optimize movement mechanics and activity tolerance for individuals at all levels, in a nurturing and serene environment . With decreasing reimbursement rates and the growing consolidation of private practices, the role of the physical therapist in the healthcare system is increasingly stressed and minimized through micromanagement. Physical therapists are often asked to reduce time with patients and limit their scope of practice to incorporate higher-reimbursement treatments that may not necessarily be the most effective. Patients are referred to our clinic because of the quality of care, scope of services, customer service, and community involvement we provide. These are key differentiators that allow our practice model to thrive.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and positive team member who wants to utilize their manual therapy skills and take advantage of an established self-pay caseload in our physical therapy clinic. Our one-on-one assessment and treatment sessions allow therapists to deliver exceptional patient care in St. Louis’s leading self-pay physical therapy practice . Our professional and experienced administrative staff ensure seamless scheduling and billing so therapists can focus on patient care.

Our core competency is identifying the root cause of a patient’s issue in order to treat the source rather than simply managing symptoms. This approach involves a comprehensive analysis of the entire body to identify the underlying causes of pain, dysfunction, or any issue preventing patients from achieving their health and wellness goals.

At Boutique Physio, we recognize the true importance of the therapist. Our treatment sessions are one-on-one and patient-centered , with 30- or 60-minute sessions that include both assessment and treatment, allowing therapists to provide outstanding care.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform session-by-session evaluations and re-evaluations
• Provide manual therapy-based treatment and neuromuscular movement retraining
• Establish treatment plans with functional and activity-related goals
• Appropriately progress treatment plans and patient goals
• Provide appropriate documentation for physicians as needed

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Willingness to learn and openness to mentorship
• CPR certification
• Experience with manual-based therapy

Preferred but not necessary qualifications

• Sports Rehab and Sports Performance
• Functional Manual Therapy
• Functional Dry needling
• Vestibular Therapy
• Pelvic/Women's Health

Each therapist has their own private room to treat their patients and our facility includes a complete gym-fitness center as well.
