Dermatology NP/PA Philadelphia Area-$150,000 $170,000 Base + 25% of Collections

Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary, substantial collection-based earning potential, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 $170,000 annually
Additional compensation equal to 25% of collections
Full benefits package
Employer contribution covering 70% of health insurance
401(k) eligibility after one year
Continuing medical education allowance
Three weeks of paid time off
Employer-provided malpractice coverage

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum of one year of general or surgical dermatology experience required
Recent graduates will not be considered
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
