House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a 13-week contract position for a House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) working night shifts from 1845 to 0715. Requesting time off (RTO) must be approved and added to the end of the contract duration. Candidates must possess a current Washington State nursing license, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical experience required
• At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
• Current Washington State nursing license, BLS, and ACLS certifications are mandatory

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels within clinical departments
• Demonstrate intervention skills while addressing concerns involving staff, patients, families, or medical personnel
• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Location

This position is located in a region that is centrally situated between the Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest. Opportunities for outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, and fishing are readily available, with both Seattle, WA and Portland, OR being approximately a two-hour drive in either direction.
