VIP Client Manager Needed in ShaoxingAbout Us:LPT Enterprise Management Co. LtdLPT was founded in Germany in 201 4. In 2019, we established the first office in mainland China, and have evolved into a comprehensive service provider in overseas education, migration, tourism and international business consultancy. Our clients are high-net-wealth Chinese families. We are looking for VIP Client Manager who will also work with other internal departments to deliver high-quality services to our clients, mainly in our High-end club. This Club has an area of 2000 square meters, with high-end SPA, luxury shop, western restaurant, etc. in it.DutiesThis job is like the GRO(Guest relation officer) or CRO(Customer Relation Officer) in big hotelsVIP Client Manager handles and manages VIP clients of the High-end club of our company. This role will also work together with other internal departments (e.g. Overseas education/Immigration/Tourism/ Medical Care/SPA) to provide quality service to clients and improve client relationship.1. This job is like the GRO(Guest relation officer) or CRO(Customer Relation Officer) in big hotels 2. Provide high-end service to our members of the club (high-end SPA, luxury shop, western restaurant), maintain the relationship with them, and continuously improve the relationship with the members; 3. Act as trusted consultant for VIP clients by providing recommendations regarding corporate services; 4. Monitor the services delivered to vip clients and assist in problem-solving; 5. If work with other departments, will accompany VIP clients on business trips abroad, manage their schedules, make contact with associates or co-workers in other countries to ensure everything runs smoothly"Work timeWork 5 days a week. 9:00am-6:00pm. Note: This position have to work on weekends (and take weekdays off)"LocationSHAOXING, Zhejiang Province.
