Naval Distribution Requirements Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Naval Distribution Requirement Analyst to work out of Arlington, VA in supporting the Navy’s Naval Distribution Branch (OPNAV N4L2).PAY: $100,000 - $115,000ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.Participate in program review meetings.Coordinate with MSC and the Fleet to validate requirements.Perform analysis to justify requested resources.Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.Develop briefing materials and presentations.Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.Coordinate with OPNAV N83 to incorporate readiness modeling on MSC ships.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:5 years of experience in business-related field or military service.Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadershipStrong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task.Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.Direct client support experience (on-site support a plus).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in the Navy or in the Pentagon.Prior experience prioritizing warfighter requirements.Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in related fieldREQUIRED CLEARANCE: SecretTRAVEL: 10%Benefits Offered: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, parental leave, pet insurance, paid time off, and holidays.About US: USfalcon has grown from our roots in 1984 to become a mid-tier professional services company supporting a diverse and global customer base of DoD and Federal Agencies.
