Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Description In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing the assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts, deliver clinical brand‑specific presentations of products to physicians and other healthcare professionals, and build professional relationships with key HCPs in the assigned geography. Responsibilities Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan. Build and maintain professional relationships with key healthcare professionals. Drive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull‑through within local payers and community HCPs. Leverage insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to effectively manage business and challenges. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s Degree. 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Understanding of navigating healthcare offices. Territory sales relationships. Proven track record of exceeding results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Desired Requirements Experience in hypertension, cardiology, or related therapeutic areas. Experience calling on long‑term care facilities and cardiologists in the designated territory. Salary The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $93,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
