Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Coordinator to support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will help ensure products and processes meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures. 

Skills and Experience:

• Coordinate and support daily quality control activities within the facility
• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet required specifications
• Document quality issues, defects, and non-conforming materials
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
• Assist with investigating quality concerns and identifying root causes
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects
• Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards
• Assist with corrective and preventive action documentation
• Track quality trends, defects, and performance data
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors, management, and production employees
• Ensure proper procedures and work instructions are being followed
• Assist with training employees on quality standards and inspection procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand specifications, procedures, and work instructions
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work effectively with production, management, and other departments
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
