Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards. Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. Provide hands‑on leadership with a particular emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth. Revenue Growth & Strategy Drive team financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching. Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement. Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes. Operational Excellence Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes. Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking. Support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments. Customer Satisfaction Own the outcome of every job, including escalations. Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications 3+ years of proven leadership/track record required Strong knowledge in residential electric required Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members. Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction. Strong presentation and group communication skills. Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
