Job Description:

• Develops and oversees the execution of strategic marketing plans for service lines based on organizational priorities.

• Leads and participates in the annual operating budget planning, development, and oversight for the marketing team.

• Coordinates and executes marketing and community events in collaboration with the physician marketing and community outreach team.

• Manages campus-level social media channels and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive representation.

• Oversees the online provider directory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Med Staff, Clinic Management, and the Consumer Experience Center.

• Coordinates marketing plans for onboarding new providers and manages communication for offboarding providers.

• Represents the organization positively at community programs and functions to promote the brand.

• Aligns community relations initiatives with the Director of Physician Relations and Community through partnerships with local organizations.

• Collaborates with the Director of Physician Relations to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and physician relations initiatives.

• Works with the AVP/Communications Director on crisis mitigation and adherence to HIPAA guidelines for film/photography requests.

• Investigates and resolves marketing and communication issues, both internally and externally, and evaluates competitive healthcare services.

• Supervises staff communication, including meetings, job descriptions, individual goals, policy information, and performance evaluations.

• Extensive successful writing and editing experience (externally focused) with a variety of print and online communications media [Required]

• Strong time management and project management skills with ability to finish projects on deadlines. [Required]

• Excellent written communication skills and AP writing style. [Required]

• Working knowledge of the video production process. [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field [Required]

Work Experience:

• 7+ years of position-related experience [Required]

• Experience as a project manager, team leader or communications manager [Preferred]

• Leadership experience [Preferred]

• SharePoint experience [Preferred]

$80,752.87 - $172,742.40
