There are 4 hours of non-clinical administrative time for patient follow up, documentation, responding to patient inquiries, from your private clinics.One out of every 6 weeks when the designated inpatient faculty member is rounding in the hospital, the schedule is Monday - Friday - 5 morning sessions rounding on patients and supervising/teaching residents and 3 private clinic sessions, 1 admin session and 1 faculty meeting for that week.Weekend hospital rounding is 1 out of 6 weekends the faculty member will round in the hospital Saturday and Sunday with the residents.About the Facility361 bed hospitalLevel II traumaIntegrated referral networkPart of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health systemWhy Physicians Choose AscensionPhysician-led, collaborative cultureLong-term practice stabilityNational network with local autonomyMission-centered care rooted in serviceWhat minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
