This opportunity offers a collaborative environment equipped with state-of-the-art technology and the support of a robust network of primary and specialty providers.Position Highlights:100% Outpatient or Mix of Inpatient/Outpatient – Flexible practice options based on your interests.Large referral network with a growing patient panel from day one.State-of-the-art facilities equipped with EEG, EMG/NCS, and neuroimaging capabilities.Supportive, team-based environment with collaboration across primary care and specialty services.Teaching and leadership opportunities available for those interested in mentoring staff or program development.New Grads welcome to apply!Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a variety of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and migraines.Perform and interpret EEGs, EMGs, and nerve conduction studies.Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to deliver integrated neurological care.Provide both outpatient and inpatient consultations as needed.Educate patients and families on neurological disorders, treatment plans, and preventative care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.Qualifications:Required Credentials - Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New YorkPreferred Experience - Fellowship training or interest in stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache medicine, or neuromuscular diseases is preferred but not required.Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institutionSkills - Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient-centered communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range - $375K - $400K (commensurate with experience).Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus & semiannual bonuses for productivity and patient satisfactionGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plans with employer contributionsRelocation assistance and annual CME allowancePotential eligibility for loan repayment programs due to our HPSA designationComplexity of Work:This role requires advanced clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to diagnose and manage a diverse range of neurological conditions, from routine outpatient cases to complex inpatient consultations.
