We recently moved into our completely brand new 222,104sf state of the art facility. This fully air conditioned, state of the art 50 bay shop is a must see! Just need to bring your tools, every bay has brand new toolboxes. This move has business exceeding our expectations, more than doubled from 3 years ago and we have a need for additional service staff.

Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.

Responsibilities Include:

• Experience diagnosing, rebuilding and repairing automotive systems to specifications-knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions and differentials.
• Remove and reinstall engines if needed.
• Explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include other teammates and customers when required.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with the ever rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and clean service department.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others.
• Ford & CDK/ADP experience a plus
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.
