As the Sales Support Specialist, you will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, experience working with contracts and customer orders, and have great B2B customer support experience. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Support Specialist: Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy. Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors. Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations. Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience preferred; HS diploma with 5 years' experience also accepted. Bachelor's is ideal.
