Job Overview

This is a full-time , remote position, supporting our operations based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive individual who is an expert in time management and capable of working independently to a high standard. This role offers a competitive salary of $28 - $40 USD per hour .

Responsibilities

 

• Manage diaries and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior management.
• Handle and screen incoming calls and correspondence, including monitoring and responding to emails.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Perform data entry, file management, and maintain organised digital and paper records.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use initiative to solve problems.
• A high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
