In this hands-on non-certified Nurse Aide role, you’ll support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while closely following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, all while treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios Minimum Qualifications Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
