What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and more.
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately estimate repairs and process payments on site.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle stocked with necessary parts.
• Document all service call activity using company-provided software and mobile devices.
• Work independently while meeting productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
• Mentor junior technicians or apprentices when needed.
• Attend ongoing training and company meetings to stay sharp and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on appliance repair experience (in-home, multi-brand preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily route efficiently.
• Comfortable using mobile devices to track service calls and complete paperwork.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
