If so, we are looking for you!We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our East Region HR Team, serving as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees at our Bristol & SECON, CT facilities.This role will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, policy administration, employee engagement, and training and development.This is an opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to grow, take ownership, and make a visible impact.Travel is expected, approximately 25–35% in this role.Position Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted HR business partner and advisor to regional leaders, facility managers, and employees on a broad range of HR mattersCoach leaders on employee relations, performance, policy, investigations, and workplace concernsAttend career fairs at local agencies, universities, vocational schools, etc. to source talent for open roles with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusionHandle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, exit/stay interviews, including analyzing trends and developing action tracker, status change forms to ensure HRIS System accuracyLeverage HR data, workforce metrics, and employee trends to identify opportunities, provide insights, and make informed recommendations to leadershipPartner with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and talent development.Lead and support recruitment strategies, including partnerships with external talent sourcesSupport performance management, succession planning, compensation, compliance, and employee engagementPartner with leaders to develop employees and strengthen organizational talentSupport implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; assist with payroll and benefits questionsIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experienceBuild trust and credibility while balancing employee needs with business prioritiesPosition Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or PHR/SPHR preferred3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-site environmentStrong employee relations and employment/labor law knowledgeDemonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform HR decisionsExperience with recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and talent developmentHRIS experience; Workday or UKG experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively with leaders at all levelsAmbitious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional growthAbility and willingness to travel approximately 25–35%Physical Demands of the Role:While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboardTotal Rewards & Compensation:Health Care Benefits - start 1st day of employmentPerformance based Annual Incentive PlanWellness Program Incentives & Rewards401k - match up to 7%Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holiday)Paid Parental LeaveShort-Term & Long-Term Disability BenefitsTuition ReimbursementAll Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.Pay TransparencyReworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages.
