Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Colorado

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Mesa County, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday day schedule with on-call rotation. Field-based position with flexible daily visit scheduling throughout the county.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado or active NLC compact license
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills with ability to work independently
• Clear, professional communication skills with patients, families, and team members
• Comfort with EMR documentation and clinical systems
• Home health experience preferred but not required
