Education Requirements Current Rhode Island Nursing License Duties and Responsibilities Monitor health status of each student during transport (e.g., seizures, illness medication, tracheostomy, J Tubes, G‑Tubes, ventilators, etc.). Provide appropriate interventions for students, such as suctioning, feeding through G‑Tube, catheterization, etc. Provide emergency treatment if necessary for a student in medical crisis.
