Location: Louisville, KY, US Employment Type: Regular Category: Production / Operations Schedule: Looking for 3rd Shift Operators (11 PM 7 AM, with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Some technical training or college preferred
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued
• Experience preferred but not required
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills
