Equipment Technician

What You'll Do Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems Identify and resolve equipment issues before they impact production Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and uptime Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Equipment Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar technical role Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to use hand tools, meters, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance tools Experience working with industrial machinery and pneumatic systems Preferred Qualifications Technical degree, military technical training, apprenticeship, or trade certification Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments What We're Looking For We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to solve problems, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
