Overview Osprey Life Sciences is seeking an experienced AI Developer – Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI agent solutions. This role will focus on building practical, business-driven AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem . The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience translating business requirements into effective conversational AI experiences and is comfortable owning solutions throughout the development lifecycle—from design and configuration through testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio Translate business requirements and use cases into agent instructions, topics, actions, workflows, and conversation flows Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Power Platform tools and enterprise systems Test AI agents for accuracy, reliability, usability, and expected business outcomes Troubleshoot agent behavior, integration issues, and production incidents Deploy, support, maintain, and continuously improve AI agent solutions Monitor deployed solutions and identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience Document agent functionality, configurations, integrations, and support procedures Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution owners throughout design, development, deployment, and support Apply development and support best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready Required Qualifications Experience designing and configuring agent workflows, topics, actions, and conversational experiences Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Platform tools Demonstrated experience testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AI agent solutions Experience deploying and supporting AI agents in production environments Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and conversational AI solutions Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with agent development frameworks such as LangChain and/or LangGraph Experience with AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Experience building code-first AI agents and multi-step or agentic AI workflows Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI practices Experience working within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated industry Core Competencies AI Agent Design & Development Microsoft Power Platform Conversational AI & Workflow Design Requirements Translation Testing & Troubleshooting Production Support Systems Integration Analytical Problem Solving Cross-Functional Collaboration Technical Documentation We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
